Definitely not 'meaty' like conventional dumplings, but still hearty in a different kinda way, similar to Teochew soon kueh filling. The clear broth was quite tasty (albeit slightly oily), and came with bok choy and carrot slices. 🍲🥬🥕 Would recommend the soup instead of dry version for the steamed dumplings, if you'd like them to stay moist and warm for a longer time!
