Pumpkin loaf

Lightly sweet pumpkin bread loaf freshly baked daily with soy milk and whole wheat flour~ 🍞🎃 Opted for unsweetened almond butter as my choice of spread; other vegan choices available were unsweetened peanut butter, berry jam, and avocado chia seed. The almond butter was fragrant and nutty; would have liked a slightly more generous serving of it. 🥜 ($2.80 toast with 1 bread slice and 1 spread) #sgvegan #sgbreads #sgbakes

Love this pumpkin loaf 🍞🧡 It’s soft on the inside and toasty on the outside, ordered mine with almond butter and it was sooooo simple and delish 😙 Also paired with iced black kopi for the perfect breakfast! There’s now a queue at slow bakes / real food @ yishun so be prepared to wait a bit for your table! #breakfast #bread

Slow bakes is a quaint, humble little joint next to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. It’s a gorgeous space overlooking Yishun Pond and they sell the most wonderful bakes! Pictured here is a slice of their soft and fluffy pumpkin loaf slathered with rich, nutty almond butter. Truly a slice of heaven! They’ve got other amazing bakes here as well. I’d highly recommend!
