Felt like having something comforting and basic today, so I went for the arrabiata penne,

which I usually ignore in favour of more exciting vegan dishes at Prive. This is a lovely rendition of a simple dish - rich, tomatoey sauce with a beautifully calibrated hint of spice that never overpowers but slowly expands across the palate. Think they were out of broccoli, so I got baby spinach as well as zucchini, bell peppers and mushrooms. More garlic chips, please!!

Impossible meats apparently has onion or garlic. So it's not fully vegetarian. Options limited to this dish (to remove mushrooms) and one other.
