Portobello Burger

I just ate this and swear it gets better every time! It might be my favorite veggie burger 🍔 in all of Singapore and definitely top 10 in the world. The best part is while it’s super filling it’s also kind of light because the patty is just a jumbo portobello cap that’s perfectly cooked. @mrsgarg and I were debating on how they cook the 🍄 because it’s firm and super succulent. Definitely not grilled. You’ve gotta try this with the avocado 🥑 which makes it so damn good. Lucky for me this place is near my office! Monster! 😍😍😍😍😍 this is still my favorite veggie burger in all of Singapore and it just got even better now that I can add avocado 🥑 A huge portobello patty that screams EAT ME and a sauce that’s to die for. Best part about this place it’s dog friendly. We used to take our pup here and owner has a wonderful Shiba that’ll put a huge smile on your face while you’re chomping down on this monster burger. 🍄🍄🍄🍄🍄 this has to be the best Portobello burger I’ve ever had! Normally mushrooms make burgers 🍔 wet and drippy but the folks at #freetherobot have perfected this burger with the perfect size mushroom and keeping it simple with less toppings. The bun is slightly charred on the inside which makes for the perfect bite. And this place is dog friendly 🐶 and turns into a really cool bar called Bitters & Love at night. @veggieburger you’ve gotta try this one! #burgers #bestof

This is fast becoming my favorite veggie burger in Singapore. There’s no patty which really makes the perfectly prepared portobello 🍄 stand out and also makes for a lighter burger. There’s no vegan cheese either but again not missing it at all. The inside of the buns were toasted and the greens and veggies perfectly stacked! Ok so can I just say I never order portobello burgers because the mushroom and sauces always get super leaky and make a big mess and it just ends up being a really sloppy burger. Not here. The bun was still soft but toasted, the portobello cap was moist but held on to its juices, and the rest of the burger was prepared perfectly so it was good to the last bite.
