🤩Was quite pleased when the dish was served. Look at the sauce drizzle. So tempting! 🍔Their burger buns are really chewy and has a rustic fragrance. Love it 🍄The mushroom was really juicy and tasty! 🍅Happy that the burger came with tomato slices and also the side salad. There were also a few fermented tofu blocks, which were tasty! And nothing is deep fried, which makes it much more enjoyable! #veganburger #whatveganseat #sgvegan #veganinsingapore #sgfoodie #sgfood

Only available on Sat and Sun. Burger bun topped with juicy portobello mushroom and sautéed baby spinach, alongside cashew turmeric hollandaise sauce. Probably the only egg-free and dairy-free hollandaise sauce I've seen in Singapore. Served with a garden salad and cashew cheese cubes. I've never had the real deal but this was quite unique. Personally would have liked some tofu 'egg' for greater authenticity and to make the meal more filling. Btw, as with all their bread products, the burger bun is naturally fermented for at least 18 hours, making them rich in prebiotics as well as lower in GI and gluten for better digestive health. ($9.80, Allium-free)
