
These were really good! The Bao buns were perfect! Fluffy and excellent quality. All the toppings were lovely as well. However I thought the vegan pork meat was a bit lacking in flavor. I think it would taste better if there was more flavor in the meat, like if it had been marinated or cooked in a really tasty sauce. Everything else about this dish was perfect!
These pork-less Jackfruit Bao buns were so yummy! I will definitely be returning to Mama Dut! Their food is original and so flavorful. There is a reason they’ve been featured in so many magazines and papers like the New York Times. These bao buns were filled with slices of jackfruit 🐷-less meat, house-made kimchi, fermented carrots, and fresh cucumbers. Topped with kimchi aioli and cilantro. These had a multitude of enticing flavors and the jackfruit provided a satisfying meatiness. #abillionlove
