Review of Pork-less Jackfruit Bao Buns at Mama Dut by pdxveg
These bao buns were filled with slices of jackfruit 🐷-less meat, house-made kimchi, fermented carrots, and fresh cucumbers. Topped with kimchi aioli and cilantro. These had a multitude of enticing flavors and the jackfruit provided a satisfying meatiness. #abillionlove
