The restaurant was empty due to load shedding but the kitchen produced this big platter
full of flavour and texture - crunchy toppings giving way to soft miso infused bite sized sushi. I loved the toppings - vegan mayo, spring onion,roast tofu, grated fresh crunchy veg. Worth a visit every time I come to the city! #sushi #Asian #city centre #fast food #bitesized
