Está realmente buena, llena bastante. Sabor único , el contraste de la cebolla y los frutos secos con el queso vegano es tremendo, no he probado ninguna igual, la recomiendo. ¡Buenísima! Las nueces están espectaculares y sí tiene un regustín a queso azul (no es muy intenso, pero sí se nota algo). Sin embargo no he notado la mozzarella, me recuerda más al típico queso en polvo (como parmesano o similares). Lastimosamente tampoco he notado mucho la cebolla caramelizada (me la pedí por ella expresamente, F☹️).
