Mmm, a lovely #takeout burger to survive yet another stay-at-home order 😇 The burger was

unfortunately cold & the fries soggy, but they still tasted amazing! Also, I don’t think I’ve ever had vegan mayo this amazing before 🤤 Pinxin is really onto something! I’d love to say I’d order this again, but #veganuary has left me putting on a few pounds.. and this may not be the healthiest meal around 😅

Reasonably tasty burger with some lettuce leaves, sliced root vegetables, a hericium mushroom patty, and

some vegan mayo. Overall effect was sweet and light. Side of sweet potato chips, air-fried and a bit soggy, but not bad in flavour.

Another from the #veganparty 🤓 It’s also a hericium patty with a rather standard bed

of tomatoes and zucchini, slathered with mayo. Like all their burgers, it came with a side of sweet potatoes 🍠 #abillionwomen #roomtoread
