Review of Classic Hericium Mayo Burger at Pinxin Vegan Cuisine by stevenneoh

Reasonably tasty burger with some lettuce leaves, sliced root vegetables, a hericium mushroom patty, and some vegan mayo. Overall effect was sweet and light. Side of sweet potato chips, air-fried and a bit soggy, but not bad in flavour.
