Review of Classic Hericium Mayo Burger at Pinxin Vegan Cuisine by dafnelately

Mmm, a lovely #takeout burger to survive yet another stay-at-home order 😇 The burger was unfortunately cold & the fries soggy, but they still tasted amazing! Also, I don’t think I’ve ever had vegan mayo this amazing before 🤤 Pinxin is really onto something! I’d love to say I’d order this again, but #veganuary has left me putting on a few pounds.. and this may not be the healthiest meal around 😅
