Rice noodles with seitan 'meat' and fried tofu in semi-spicy vegan broth. More exciting than
the Vegetarian Pho, would recommend this for people who prefer bolder flavours! Contained a good amount of vegetables including lady's finger, carrot, and bok choy. Also served with nutty savoury sesame seed puffed rice cracker on a bed of raw beansprouts. Previously I mentioned that the raw beansprouts didn't taste pleasant and also might not be safe to consume.
