Scrambled Tofu

This platter with vegan tofu scramble, salad, roasted tomato, sausage and roasted bread with herb

margarine was delicious. So many flavors and components that all went well together. The only thing I did not like was the dressing of the salad. It was a bit too bitter for my liking. But all the other ingredients were lovely. The scramble had a pretty soft consistency and was seasoned nicely. The herb “butter” and the sausage also were a highlight of this dish. And I normally don’t like roasted tomato but in this case I really enjoyed it. #tofuscramble #breakfast #veganbreakfast #vegansausage

This restaurant was the first place we went to right after arriving at the train

station in Prague. Its a really comfy and beautiful place, decorated with a lot of plants. I ordered the scrambled tofu breakfast and everything tasted amazing, plus it was really filling :)

The bread was super good, and still warm! The tofu was well seasoned, not dry, not too wet, and tasted eggy. The sausage might’ve been #beyondmeat, very tasty! Avocado, tomato and salad tasted fresh and brought a nice balance into the meal. The herb butter was umami and homemade! Delicious. #breakfastofchampions
