Review of Scrambled Tofu at Palo Verde Bistro by trixi

This platter with vegan tofu scramble, salad, roasted tomato, sausage and roasted bread with herb margarine was delicious. So many flavors and components that all went well together. The only thing I did not like was the dressing of the salad. It was a bit too bitter for my liking. But all the other ingredients were lovely. The scramble had a pretty soft consistency and was seasoned nicely. The herb “butter” and the sausage also were a highlight of this dish. And I normally don’t like roasted tomato but in this case I really enjoyed it. #tofuscramble #breakfast #veganbreakfast #vegansausage
