I absolutely enjoyed this dish! They reused the grilled eggplant skin and made it into
the sauce that goes with it. The jackfruit was done fantastically, flavour and texture goes well with the soft eggplant.. it almost tastes like minced meat! And love that there are lots of fresh greens and toasted cashews. This cost $30++ which is a little too pricey I feel. But it's a quality dish.
