These vegan crab cakes were a really pleasant starter! They don’t have any crab flavor
but I didn’t expect it anyways since its made with jackfruit, artichoke, and farro. As a dish on its own they were crisp on the outside and full of flavor. The onion poppy slaw on top really made the dish for me— saucey, tart, and refreshing. The tartar sauces that came on the side was amazing as well!
