Roast Peking Duck (Mock)

There are a few pieces missing cause my friends were a little impatient and took

1-2 pieces before I could even take a photo... I took my non-vegan friends and they all LOVED this so much we actually got another plate! It has a crispy soy layer on the outside and a yam center. With a good balance of flavour when dipped in the sauce. V diff from the one at Miao Yi

The combination of crispy (beancurd skin?) and yam inside makes this creative dish pretty interesting,

and absolutely delicious.

Yum! It went really well with the chilli and was so flavourful! The staff were

very friendly and helpful too...

This was such an interesting dish! The use of yam (I think?) in addition to

the mock duck slices really made it unique! Wow 😍

Peking Style Roast Shroom Meat is the name of this dish. Quite nice and all

the people enjoyed this. Nice combi of bite size wrap with the sauce and cucumbers. The shroom meat was very nice and crispy.
