There are a few pieces missing cause my friends were a little impatient and took 1-2 pieces before I could even take a photo... I took my non-vegan friends and they all LOVED this so much we actually got another plate! It has a crispy soy layer on the outside and a yam center. With a good balance of flavour when dipped in the sauce. V diff from the one at Miao Yi
