Mushroom Skewers

Mushrooms on a stick. Sounds boring, tastes great!! #mushroomlover They use locally grown #mushrooms and prepare them on the grill. Before that, they’re #marinated and smothered with classic #Khmer herbs. Served with #some pickles and a #chili jam 🌶️ These weren’t chewy but so #meaty :o simply divine. The spices were subtle and complimented the mushrooms nicely. Loved it

Another winner from Sundays. These skewers were so meaty and spiced to heaven. With some pickled veg it was the perfect bite.
