The dosa was prepared with an exemplary balance — crispy at the bottom and fluffy

at the top!! Topped with chutney powder and spiced potatoes which were absolutely phenomenal.

All time favourite at this restaurant, had it for breakfast this morning and it made

me miss home 😭 amazing taste, there is quite a bit of pudi in it which may not be for everyone but it's Soo flavourful. You can also get the pudi masala dosa if you want potatoes in the middle. Highly recommend trying at least once!


I’ve never been big on #flatbread but moving to Singapore has definitely up my consumption

of #dosa 🫓 ..almost proportional to the rise in the amount of dosa I have committed though that probably has more to do with Singapore being a fine country more than anything else 🤓 #punbasedlife The #masala here definitely shines through! It’s #spicy as is without any need to accompany it the serving of #curry or #chutney that they provide 🌶️ It doesn’t pack a punch but it’s a welcomed warmth that brings out the fluffiness of the texture of the bread 👩‍🍳 You will have to #veganize this by swapping out the ghee for oil 🤮 The cost of “fancier” spots is that they don’t #ditchdairy by default by merit of using #accidentallyvegan margarines like that of Planta 🧈 A spiced dollop of some #potato mash is served on the dosa, also as amazing as ever! It cost S$7 minus service charges and taxes, not too shabby! If not for the very frustrating experience of being waited and the waiters mixing up the vegan/violent variants of dishes (we were dining with omnivores 😒), this place and this dish would be a solid recommendation if you’re looking for Indian flatbreads in Singapore. The wait outside the restaurant speaks for itself! Thanks @waterlily for the recommendation 🙏


This was not expected🤣 (Obviously we need to brush up more on our Indian food

knowledge!) It is definitely the most exciting dosa I’ve tried- it’s an opened dosa with fancy powder sprinkled all over (but not salty!) topped with tasty potato mash.
The mint chutney on the side is to die for! #abillionturns3
