Non ho mai provato il piatto originale ma questo era davvero delizioso. Il seitan lavorato

in questo modo era fantastico. Buonissimo l’abbinamento con panna acida veg e marmellata.

Last time I had Svickova was at least 7 years ago and boy did I

miss it. It was great. The sauce was creamy and you could really taste the root veggies 🤩 the dumplings and the "meat" were also very nice. It tasted like home 💜

Piatto tradizionale cieco rivisitato in chiave vegana. Normalmente sarebbe arrosto di manzo con una salsa

agrodolce alla panna e degli gnocchi di pane. Non ho mai provato l originale ma posso dirvi che questa versione era veramente buonissima. La carne é fatta di seitan ed é saporitissima. La consistenza dei canederli di pane é perfetta per fare la scarpetta e finire tutta la salsa. Molto consigliato

Piatti rivisitato della tradizione. Gusto alternativo con salsa dolciastra per il tocco del ribes rosso,

molto intenso. Veramente molto buono
