Miso ramen

$13 for a hearty, piping hot bowl of #japanese #miso #ramen neither too sodiumy heavy on the palate nor vegetally light to render it cussing bland (omnivore's take) #seaweed #spinach #carrot #mushrooms

Not bad but doesn’t really have the same taste as Japanese ramen.

I have not had many ramen dishes but I enjoyed this. Add the condiments and the chilly oil and it was amazing.
