Something they don’t have much at Canadian Indian restaurants is dosa! I love them! This
one was filled with vegan minced meat and spices, and you dipped it in a choice of sauces.

The incredibly crispy dosa was filled with
minced meat made from soya protein, #Onion, #Garlic and #Ginger, all infused with #Masala spice. I added some #spinach as well. Served with three types of chutneys and sambar. It tasted very delicious 🤤 So many textures and flavors. Lots of oil but that’s what makes it tasty 😋 #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease
