Mapo Tofu

Not as spicy as I expected it to be but delicious nonetheless. Mapo Tofu is a favourite!

Normally very happy with this dish. But the oil content was very high today

Fav dish of the night! I don't usually like mock meat, but surprisingly I really liked the little mock sausage slices. Just the perfect amount of spice.
