Mango And Coconut Sticky Rice

Omg just LOOKING at this picture makes me feel so many things! It was INSANELY AMAZING OMGOMGOMGGGG! It was a mango sorbet, black rice that was warm, canned pineapple (wish it was fresh), the most amazing warm coconut milk infused with lemongrass. Holy cow. Just wow oh wow. Definitely get this! It is so worth it. Tamara and I kept exclaiming after each bite. It was such a fun take on mango sticky rice. Great atmosphere. I love this restaurant! #mangolover #supportlocal

This dessert was delicious! I really liked how they used wild rice as the base - it made for such a nutty and unique flavour!

I had this a long time ago at Planta and forgot to review it!! But man oh man was it delicious!! I love when they use dark/purple rice for sticky rice, makes it have a chewier texture and richer flavour.
