Tried the yuzu cake. A bit dry and sweet but still alrighty! Reasonable pricing (forgot exact but think less than 4sgd) and quick fix for dessert...

The cream was the light, non-jelat kind, and the yuzu jam gave the cake

This is a 1Kg cake for only $38!
Got it for Mother’s Day for someone.
The sponge was light and fluffy, the cream was creamy and smooth, and a slight yuzu taste in the orange cream. Liked the candied syrup yuzu fruit pieces...

Tastes pretty good, but it needs a bit more cream.
There is some Yuzu pieces in the cake too.
