The yuzu cake is a sponge cake with a creamy orange cream filling. It is topped with a tangy yuzu fruit spread and has candied syrup and yuzu fruit pieces on top for added texture. The cake is light and fluffy, with a perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess. It is a beautifully presented dessert, ideal for any occasion.

Refreshing but it tasted like only the top was Yuzu Marmalade. Lightweight and not as sweet as the Cranberry cake. It also has inspired me to experiment with Yuzu in cakes soon when I’ve time 🙈
