Very unique newly launched finger food! Dim sum-style soft carrot cake with shredded carrot, radish,
and enoki mushrooms, wrapped in soy skin. and drizzled with creamy savoury sauce. They looked a bit like mini sunny side up eggs haha. Tasty yet healthy as it was air fried instead of deep fried in oil. I believe there was also a steamed carrot cake available, but I ordered this as it seemed more special. Would recommend!
