Lobster Casarecce

This was delicious. I was so full from our starter that I couldn’t eat all of it; looking forward to eating my leftovers tomorrow!

phenomenal! the sun dried tomatoes added a very nice depth of flavor, and the sauce brought everything together. this is one of those dishes that has you questioning if it really IS vegan!

I've never had lobster before, so I can't speak to how closely this resembles lobster. It did have a fishy aftertaste that wasn't too overwhelming for someone like me who never ate much sea life. It had a pretty light taste that went well with the white wine cream sauce. The "lobster" was lions mane and lobster mushrooms. Those were the stars on the dish. They had great texture. I also liked the sweetness from the sun-dried tomatoes and the crispy texture and aromatic flavor of the blistered sage. I think I would have liked more veggies. This was one of the best dishes I have ever had. This was rich and creamy with a great texture on the mushrooms and pasta. The tomatoes gave it a rich umami, and I was very glad to have this as my dish on my anniversary. #bestofvegan #lobster #veganseafood
