Lobster Casarecce at JardinIszy's Review (Sep 6, 2022)

I've never had lobster before, so I can't speak to how closely this resembles lobster. It did have a fishy aftertaste that wasn't too overwhelming for someone like me who never ate much sea life. It had a pretty light taste that went well with the white wine cream sauce. The "lobster" was lions mane and lobster mushrooms. Those were the stars on the dish. They had great texture. I also liked the sweetness from the sun-dried tomatoes and the crispy texture and aromatic flavor of the blistered sage. I think I would have liked more veggies. I also thought that the sauce was a bit thinner than I generally like.
