Lemon Popcorn Cauliflower Bites

Pretty tasty cauliflower although it wasn’t as crunchy as expected. Often popcorn cauliflower has a thicker, crispier batter to balance the soft cauliflower inside, which I prefer. But still yummy!

When we picked this option I’m ngl but I expected it to be breaded and fried so was a little disappointed on that front but it probably was also #healthier this way which was better for us #brisbanevegans #healthy #cauliflower #familydining
