Le’mon Chic’n Pops

Just. So. Juicy and crunchy and delicious. Love the tarty yet sweet lemon sauce. We were so intrigued by it we asked for the recipe but of course it was secret. Glad I got to try this before the restaurant closed.

The batter is similar to their ‘no birdie no birdie but you’ but with different sauce. Similar to the other dish, I thought it would be better if it was more crispy. The sauce was super lemony which I liked though. #veganisnotscary

This tasted so much like your quintessential lemon chicken! So flavourful, and I absolutely loved the fact that it was made using whole foods (cauliflower). Best eaten hot!

These cauliflower pops are healthy and tasty! Great side dish for sharing.
