This restaurant does vegan versions of all the classic Cambodian dishes, which is so exciting!!
This tofu was so yummy! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the sauce was so flavourful, with a nice hint of ginger. I also loved the big pieces of grilled spring onion and the side cauliflower.
