I and my friend tried the 6-course menu. This is the star of the whole

meal. The stone keep the steak always hot. My friend (who is not a vegetarian) said that it was better than real steaks she has had before.

This was served in a huge bowl so was kinda surprised that it’s was literally

only two mushrooms. That said, taste wise, I think this is one of the best dishes. The mushrooms were really meaty like meat and so yummy! #abillionlove

Love the juicy mushroom but the black pepper sauce didn’t blow me away. The enoki

mushrooms were too greasy (+ bottom bunch wasn’t exactly “cooked?”) Overall the dish was alright but preferred the risotto which was also more filling.

This was the star of the show today! That presentation and the taste of everything

was solid! The stone holding the leaf at the bottom stayed hot throughout and that black pepper sauce was such a great complement to the dish! It’s art at its finest! 💋

A decent main to have ordered. The black pepper sauce went well. Interesting presentation. Since

we were a group of 4 we did get to try pretty much most of the things on the menu. #veganisnotscary.

This looked really cool but it wasn’t my thing. The black pepper sauce was nice,

mushroom was good but it didn’t pack a punch for me. The fried pasta on top was so so too

Bai-Ling Mushroom earns the name of "Prince of Edible Mushrooms. Some even called it mock

abalone.

This version of Bai-Ling steak is awesome from Joie. It's almost everyone favorite and exclusive as I don't think it's found elsewhere.

FAVOURITE!!! so so good, the monkey head mushroom was huge and also extremely juicy. I

love it even without the black pepper sauce! truffle mash potato below was also good hehe

This is the highlight dish of the day for me. The monkey head shroom steak

was so soft and tender, plus the sauce was very rich and flavorful. The presentation was also very creative and unique. Love how they were served hot and continue to stay warm due to the hot stone at the bottom.

I love the tenderness of the mushroom hidden underneath! So packed with flavour and retains

a wholesome texture. Best dish of the 7 course fine dining set.
