Grill Summer Mushroom Steak on “Pu-Ye” Hot Stone at Joie — csquaree's Review (Nov 22, 2022)

Love the juicy mushroom but the black pepper sauce didn’t blow me away. The enoki mushrooms were too greasy (+ bottom bunch wasn’t exactly “cooked?”) Overall the dish was alright but preferred the risotto which was also more filling.
