Juicy and umami slow-braised bailing mushroom, broccolini, pumpkin, and crispy seaweed served in a sizzling

pot. Great presentation and the mushroom was reminiscent of abalone too. Would recommend this as a choice of side dish! (Allium-free) #sgvegan #wholefoodplantbased #wfpb

We were really surprised by this dish, the mushroom was huge! 🤯 Also pretty impressed

by how much umami and seafood flavour it had. That said, it was a little too much for us. Even when shared between two of us, the flavour got a little overwhelming after a few bites #veganuary

Bailing mushroom is amazing! I hardly get to eat this and it's a treat, because

it is unusually big and absorbs flavours really well. Eats almost like an abalone but much better texture as it's chewy but not tough. Also love the touch of broccolini. Not quite sure what the orange coloured sauce was..It tasted a bit like applesauce.

A stange dish, I'm not a big fan because it has a really strong seaweed

taste which I cannot stand, but the mushroom is lovely with minimal seaweed 😊😋

This was so good and full of flavour! This mushroom also has to be the

biggest piece of mushroom I’ve seen in my life!

This slow braised, compact mushroom was a side dish, served after the starter. The mushroom

was chewy, served on hot pot paper which was placed on a hot stone. There was some overcooked broccolini and pumpkin. The soup or broth it was swimming in was so salty, it was basically more salt than water. #mushroomlover #finedining

Few weeks ago I treated myself to a birthday dinner at this place. I didn’t love it here honestly. Service was lacking for the price paid, food was average in taste but looked pretty.

Bailing mushroom served with a hot stone. The hot stone is pretty cool cos it

keep warm for quite a while. They recommend to slice the mushrooms thinly and wait awhile for the mushroom to soak up the sauce. Love the mushroom texture, it was meaty and the sauce was so tasty. #abillionlove

Amazing presentation. Sits on a very hot pot on a piece of paper. Got warnings

from the waiter about the heat. Fresh, and the only challenge was how to cut this huge juicy mushroom.

Loved the taste of the soup, but the big chuck of mushroom didn’t do much

for me. The presentation is on point though!
