Indian Eggplant

You have to ask for this to be made vegan, because it has butter or smth in it. But wow it’s so flavourful, my favourite dish here. If you don’t like eggplant, you’re just wrong.

We love Indian Hut! This eggplant curry is so smoky and creamy and the perfect comfort meal! I would highly recommend checking them out if you’re ever in Grimsby - or even make the trip for it! They also make excellent plant-based pakora and other delicious vegan fare!
