Impossible Burger

It’s really interesting how different Impossible Burgers can be depending on how a restaurant makes them. I had one a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it so I tried ordering one at this restaurant. I was really happy to see that the entire burger 🍔 including the cheese was vegan but it didn’t taste very good. It was super dry and the vegan cheese was the kind that sticks to your teeth which ends up feeling really weird and making me feel like my teeth are covered in plastic when I’m talking. Great burger with a gorgeous view on the 25th floor of Andaz! Vegan cheese was nicely melted. Impossible meat patty was well seasoned and not overly salty. Served with fresh vegetables and pickles in between toasted burger buns. Love the thick hand cut fries too!

One of the better impossible burgers around, served with vegan cheese too! Thick, hand-cut French fries are so good ❤️
