Impesto

🥪Sourdough bread is perhaps one of my favourite breads~ And ahimsa sure knows how to deck their sourdough~ 🌿I always hesitant at ordering pesto, cos the typical pesto is super heavy on olive oil, which isn't my preference. I like how their pesto is much more balanced with more cashews. 🥑Avocado lovers would be pleased with the serving of avocado. This sandwich was delicious! Consisting of tofu, avocado, tomato, cashew pesto, lettuce wedged between two slices of sourdough bread. Bread was nicely toasted. All the ingredients came together very nicely. Love the cashew pesto! Would order again! Price: $15.90

Yum ! Was abt $9 I think with airfried tofu, guac, tomato and veganaise and cashew pesto. It was altogether v tasty but I think the bowl is a lot more worth it!

Tasty, nutritious and filling. It looks like a really thin sandwich in the photo, but that’s because the sourdough slices are pretty big! Bought this so that it can be my 500th review :,) didn't think I'll come this far since my project on veganism in y1s1 (big thanks to the amazing people who introduced me to abillion!!!) Anyway this is very worth it at $7.65 after NUS student discount bc the portion size is actually pretty big and everything goes really well together! #nuseats
