It looks like a simple dish. But I like how the broccolini was a bit
over salted to go with the plainer eggplant. Although plain, the grilled eggplant had a very nice smokey flavor to it, yet the insides are still very juicy. The onion puree wasn't as onion as I thought it would be, perhaps because it was sweet onion, rather than the zesty kind (if you know what I mean...).
