So firstly, the bouncy gochujang oyster mushrooms were the best part but it was slightly too salty. The purple cabbage coleslaw was pretty good with the sauce. However, i felt like the avocado was extremely out of place. It also had so many chilli flakes that it became too spicy to finish. The mango and tomato salsa and mala cucumber also contributed to the spiciness. The green tea soba noodles have a more watery/overcooked texture than normal soba.
now and noodles are 100% buckwheat derived.
