Ha Long Fried Fish Cakes

These literally taste life fish! And like the sea. Lovely with that peanut butter sauce, they are perfect for the vegan skeptics ! #veganfish #veganlondon

These very lovely and crispy once I heated them up in the oven and the spicy mustard dipping sauce was delicious. The mango salad on the side really added to the dish too. 20% when you takeaway rather than eat in which was a lovely surprise!

The fish cake is mainly made from soy protein, potato starch and seaweed. It flaked like fish which is not something I often see with imitation fish and the seaweed gives it a sea flavour.
