Ha Long Fried Fish Cakes at Sen Viet Vegetarian Restaurant — Plumes's Review (Nov 23, 2021)

These very lovely and crispy once I heated them up in the oven and the spicy mustard dipping sauce was delicious. The mango salad on the side really added to the dish too. 20% when you takeaway rather than eat in which was a lovely surprise!
