Light and fluffy sponge cake infused with roasted hojicha, layered with aromatic matcha cream, refreshing
passionfruit cream, and tangy passionfruit curd. Really appreciated the slight tinge of sourness and natural fruity fragrance, which helped to balance things out so the cake wasn't too sweet or heavy! The tea scent was fragrant though it could have been even more robust/intense (my opinion only hahaha, my companions found it just right as it was).
