Soft and fluffy prata that remained a slightly crispiness along the edges even after spending

a substantial amount of time taking photos! Fragrant and neither too dry nor too oily. Served with aromatic Nyonya curry brimming with potatoes, carrots, and taupok. Surpassed my expectations! I believe this was previously a seasonal special that was not vegan as the curry contained lion's mane mushroom. Signature curry potatoes were served rather tepid. Prata was not well done, quite pale and

not very crispy, rather greasy. Not worth the price.

(#potatoes and #taupok) to rein in some flavour. Alrighty though nothing to wow about for price paid
