I love this dessert, very refreshing and tempting!


Dried longan granita crushed ice ball atop a large pear. Served in sweet clear soup

with white fungus, red dates, scoops of rock melon, and freeze-dried plum. An interesting fusion twist on traditional local desserts such as ice kacang and cheng tng. Taste-wise not really something I fancied, but it was nicely plated and would probably appeal to older folks! ($11) #sgvegan #sgdessert #greenmondaysg


The pear was sweet and the soup reminds me of ‘Qing Tang’. It is served

cold.
