Review of K Pear at Green Common Singapore by xinru-t
Dried longan granita crushed ice ball atop a large pear. Served in sweet clear soup with white fungus, red dates, scoops of rock melon, and freeze-dried plum. An interesting fusion twist on traditional local desserts such as ice kacang and cheng tng. Taste-wise not really something I fancied, but it was nicely plated and would probably appeal to older folks! ($11) #sgvegan #sgdessert #greenmondaysg
