This dish is originally vegan, and a great plant-based option that isn’t the typical avocado
toast that I often have to resort to. The hummus itself is creamy and rich, and it comes with a topping of seared cherry tomatoes and popped chickpeas that provide little bursts of texture. The toast on the side is generous but I’ve always found it too crisp for my liking. Could be a matter of personal preference though! #veganin2020
