Fish Bee Hoon Soup

comes with a nice portion of bee hoon, seaweed, mock fish, mushroom mock meat, tomato & greens 🍜 the soup was way too salty that day for some reason! but i've ordered this a few times before and it's usually just right. very flavourful broth and it does have a fishy smell / taste.

Glad to find a vegan version of sliced fish soup! The soy milk base is slightly tangy as there was a good amount of tomatoes. There was also a generous amount of kailan. I would have preferred the usual thick bee hoon but I guess the brown rice vermicelli is healthier!

It was tasty but not to my liking. I think it was too fishy for me 😂🙈 also I’m not a huge fan of bee hoon.

It was very tasty. I love the soup very much. Recommend to try it.

Forgot to take a photo whoops. The milky seaweed soup had the taste of Chinese pickled vegetables and the bee hoon is the thin white kind. Comes with processed balls of mushroom & firm yet spongy fried fish slices (like beancurd skin in a sponge formation).
